REFUND & RETURN POLICY: DON’T MAKE IT WEIRD

At YEPKAY, every single item is made specifically for you the moment you order it. We don't have a dusty warehouse full of shirts—we have a high-tech "printing swamp" where your gear is freshly birthed. Because of this "made-to-order" magic, our return policy is a bit different from those boring, soul-crushing mall stores.

1. DAMAGED OR MISPRINTED ITEMS (OUR BAD )

If your shirt arrives and the alligator is missing a leg, or the print is peeling off, or the shirt has a mysterious hole in it—we’ve got you covered.

  • The Rule: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

  • What to do: Take a clear photo of the disaster and send it to us via our Contact Page. If it’s truly our fault (or Printful's), we’ll send you a replacement or give you a refund. No extra cost. We take care of our own.

2. LOST IN TRANSIT (THE POSTMAN’S "SOLO VACATION" )

If your package decides to go on a spiritual journey and never arrives at your doorstep:

  • The Rule: Claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • The Process: We’ll check the tracking. If it’s truly lost in the void (and not just hidden behind your neighbor's bush), we’ll ship a new one to you.

3. WRONG ADDRESS (YOUR BAD )

If you provide an address that the courier considers "insufficient" or you accidentally sent it to your ex-girlfriend's house:

  • The Result: The package will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

  • Pro Tip: Please, for the love of all things holy, double-check your address. Don't make the delivery driver cry.

4. BUYER’S REMORSE & SIZE EXCHANGES (THE "THINK TWICE" PART )

This is the part where we have to be a little bit "tough love." Because everything is custom-printed just for you:

  • No Returns for "Change of Mind": We do not refund orders if you suddenly decide you’re not an "animal parody" person anymore. Once it's printed, it's yours.

  • No Size Exchanges: We provide a very detailed Size Chart on every product page. PLEASE USE IT! We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you ordered a size that fits your pet hamster instead of you. If you want a different size, you’ll have to place a new order at your expense.

5. UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS (DON'T LEAVE 'EM HANGING )

If you don't pick up your package from the post office and it gets sent back to us:

  • The Result: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

  • The Timer: After 30 days, unclaimed returns are donated to charity. Some lucky person will be wearing your cool "What the Duck" shirt, but it won't be you

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM (WITHOUT THE DRAMA)

Did your gear arrive looking like it went through a blender? Don't panic! If it’s a manufacturing error or a shipping disaster, we’ll make it right. Just follow these simple steps so we can work our magic:

Step 1: Evidence is Everything As soon as you spot the issue, snap a few clear, high-quality photos. We need to see the defect, the damaged part, or the "What the Duck" moment in all its glory. If the packaging was also mauled by a bear (or a rough mailman), take a photo of that too!

Step 2: Shoot Us an Email Send those photos along with your Order Number and a brief description of the disaster to service@yepkay.com.

  • Note: You must do this within 30 days of receiving the item. If you wait 6 months, we’ll assume you just wore the shirt to a cage match.

Step 3: Relax in Your Swamp Our team (and our partners at Printful) will review the evidence. If it’s truly a manufacturing or shipping error, we will:

  1. Ship a fresh replacement to you at zero extra cost.

  2. Or issue a full refund if you’ve lost your appetite for animal parodies (sad, but we get it).

What We CANNOT Claim:

  • "I ordered the wrong size": Please check our Size Chart! We print each item specifically for you, so we can't swap sizes for free.

  • "I changed my mind": Once the ink hits the fabric, it's yours forever.
