REFUND & RETURN POLICY: DON’T MAKE IT WEIRD

At YEPKAY, every single item is made specifically for you the moment you order it. We don't have a dusty warehouse full of shirts—we have a high-tech swamp where your gear is freshly printed. Because of this "made-to-order" magic, our return policy is a bit different from your average boring mall store.
1. DAMAGED OR MISPRINTED ITEMS (OUR BAD)
If your shirt arrives and the alligator is missing a leg, or the print is peeling off, or the shirt has a hole in it—we’ve got you covered.
The Rule: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
What to do: Send us a photo of the issue via our Contact Page. If it’s our fault (or Printful's), we’ll send you a replacement or give you a refund. No extra cost.
2. LOST IN TRANSIT (THE POSTMAN’S BAD)
If your package decides to go on a solo vacation and never arrives:
The Rule: Claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We’ll check the tracking, and if it's truly lost, we'll send a new one.
3. WRONG ADDRESS (YOUR BAD)
If you provide an address that the courier considers "insufficient" or just plain wrong, the package will be returned to our facility.
The Result: You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Please, double-check your address. Don't make the delivery driver cry.
4. BUYER’S REMORSE & SIZE EXCHANGES
This is the important part. Because everything is custom-printed just for you:
No Returns for "Change of Mind": We do not refund orders if you suddenly decide you’re not an "animal parody" person anymore.
No Size Exchanges: We provide a very detailed Size Chart on every product page. Please use it! We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size. If you want a different size, you’ll have to place a new order at your expense.
5. UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
If you don't pick up your package from the post office and it gets sent back to us:
The Result: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. After 30 days, unclaimed returns are donated to charity (and some lucky person will be wearing your cool shirt).
