At YEPKAY, every single item is made specifically for you the moment you order it. We don't have a dusty warehouse full of shirts—we have a high-tech swamp where your gear is freshly printed. Because of this "made-to-order" magic, our return policy is a bit different from your average boring mall store.

Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: We don't have a time machine (yet). Since every item is printed specifically for you, it takes 2-5 business days to create. After that, shipping depends on where you live:
USA: 3-6 business days
United Kingdom: 2-4 business days
Rest of the World: 5-15 business days
Note: These are estimates. If there's a blizzard or a zombie apocalypse, it might take longer.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We try to keep it cheap so you can buy more weird shirts. For standard T-shirts:
USA:$4.75 for the first shirt, and only $2.20 for each additional shirt in the same order.
UK:$4.59 for the first shirt, and $1.50 for each additional one.
Tip: Buying more than one shirt at once makes the shipping-per-shirt way cheaper. Just sayin'.
Q: Where is my tracking number?
A: Once your gear leaves the Printful facility, we’ll send a tracking number to your email. If you don't see it, check your Spam folder—sometimes our emails get lonely there.

Q: How do I know it will fit my human body?
A: We use high-quality blanks (like Bella + Canvas). Look at our Size Chart on the product page.
Pro Tip: Take a shirt you already own, lay it flat, and measure it. Compare those numbers to our chart. If you’re between sizes, size up—it’s better to look cool and relaxed than like a stuffed sausage.
Q: Is the print quality good?
A: We use DTFlex (Digital Transfer Flex) technology. Unlike standard prints that crack or fade, DTFlex gives you incredibly vibrant colors and razor-sharp details that actually move with the fabric. It’s durable, flexible, and feels premium—basically, the elite version of shirt printing. It won't peel off even after the animals on the shirt decide to go for a swim in your washing machine.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: You have a very small window (about 2 hours) before our robots start printing. Once the "Ink-to-Fabric" process begins, there is no turning back. Email us immediately if you panicked.
Q: My order is damaged or lost!
A: If the alligator arrived with a missing limb (and it wasn't supposed to), or the postman lost your package in the swamp—tell us! Claims for damaged items must be made within 30 days. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
Q: I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
A:No. Each shirt is custom-made for you. We don't have a warehouse to store your "oopsie" sizes. Double-check that Size Chart, please!

Q: Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
A: Depending on where you live, the taxman might want a piece of the action.
USA: Most orders won't hit any customs fees unless you're buying enough shirts to clothe a small army.
International (EU, Canada, etc.): You may be charged VAT, GST, or Import Duties once the package reaches your country. These fees are set by your local government and are your responsibility to pay. We don’t see a penny of that money (sadly).
Q: Why was I charged tax at checkout?
A: If you’re in a location where we are legally required to collect Sales Tax (like certain US states), you’ll see it added to your total at checkout. We just collect it and pass it straight to the government. We're good citizens like that.
Q: Can you mark my package as a "Gift" so I don't pay tax? A: Nice try! But no. We are legally required to declare the actual value of the items. We look terrible in prison orange, so we’re sticking to the rules.
